Staff feedback questions
16 questions · about 3 minutes to answer
These are the questions staff answer about working at the organization. They cover whether expectations are clear, whether people hear about decisions that affect them, and whether they expect to stay.
This is deliberately not a grievance channel. There is no open-ended complaints box, and the one free-text question about difficulty is framed forward — what would make the work easier — rather than asking what is wrong.

Ask these for real
Reading the list is one thing. Getting honest answers to it is another, and it is mostly a problem of anonymity — people answer differently when they believe the answer can be traced back. Running the assessment collects these anonymously, withholds any section too small to report safely, and compares your results against organizations of a similar budget and focus area. Free, with no paid tier.
